Ta-da!
DH is moving into a new room at work in the next few weeks, a room of his own (he's sharing a room with 3 colleagues now), so this is a perfect timing!
I'm glad it's finished - I have a plan for a new quilt which involves some screen printing, and I just received the supplies for the lino cutting class... Can't wait to get started!

What a visual mind blowing trip this quilt is. Are you telling us your DH will be putting it into his office? I would not be able to get any work done looking at it. It is like a visual mediation!
You Rock!
That quilt is stunning!
Can I ask how you did it? It is better than the purple and yellow one! And I love that!
Enjoy the lino classes! I had a ball with it! I've got the scars to prove it.

Marvelous.
Wow, that quilt is fantastic! I want to reach out and feel it to verify that it is really flat! And the border fabric is perfect. Is it batik?
Great photos of Straddie! The beach looks like paradise and I've never seen a flower like that one.
I just finished "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" and I loved it. What a suspenseful story. Now I can't wait to read the next one. I don't think the third book is available here yet, but it will be, I'm sure. I'm so glad you recommended them.
I enjoy your blog. :)
I can see what you are thinking!!! And congratulations to Len for his own office - next stop The Corner Office With a View...
Hugs,
Jas
Stunning quilt!! But I can see why you wouldn't want to do it again. The background really sets it off.
Can I ask...How big is it? Did you use the pattern as is or enlarge it?
That quilt is breathtaking. I have the same question...did you use the pattern as is or did you enlarge it. Did you have any troubles putting everything together?
